I arrived for my booking and found no reception, no email or contact from the hotel, and no way to get in. The phone went straight to voicemail. I left three messages and nobody called back or emailed. Around 20 other people were also stuck outside without access. After waiting for over an hour, I gave up and booked somewhere else. It’s terrible and feels like a scam. They refused to refund me. Avoid it.

The unit worked well for seven people, the price was affordable, and the 711 nearby was handy. It had cold AC, a clean restroom, working Netflix, fast elevators, great facilities, and good management. The location was great too. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Kuala Lumpur, no debate!

There’s a lot around here, with roads and restaurants close by, and the location is strategic. During the holidays the traffic gets really busy. The home has most of the facilities you need, but there was some noise at night that might have come from a pipe or pipeline. It wasn’t very loud, though it could interrupt sleep. The pool is small and costs RM 20 per person, and parking is about RM 30 for one night. We were on the 33rd floor, but other buildings blocked most of the view. The elevator sways enough to scare people who aren’t used to it. Entry is by password, which could be difficult for older people, and the room floor couldn’t be opened even an inch.
