I provided evidence and an explanation that the time in the photo didn’t match when I disposed of the trash. There were other possible factors too, including only one available bin and the possibility that someone else moved the trash. Still, management fined me for alleged littering before properly checking what happened. They chose to issue a penalty first instead of looking into it fairly, which reflects poor judgment and a weak investigation process. I hope they handle future cases more professionally and don’t rush to blame people.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the hilltop camping spot has a superb view over Penang. It’s nicely tucked away.

There’s plenty of room in the layout, with restaurants offering a range of food and a convenience store downstairs. The riverside park is nice, and the location makes it easy to get to Bangsar South and UM.
