The apartment was spacious, with a mezzanine for the main sleeping area and a kitchen downstairs. It had a hob, kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, utensils, a sofa bed, dining table, and even a washer-drier. For a first visit to KL, it worked brilliantly, and I’d stay here again. Ekocheras Mall is right below, with shops, a food hall, and bars on the lower ground floor. The roof has a whole set of leisure facilities: a gym, sauna, several hot tubs, a pool, plus a lounge with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. Between Blocks H & J there’s a walkway with glass floor panels and a great city view. The buildings have 24-hour security, and you need a swipe card for entry and the elevators. Getting around was easy. The train line is close, and there’s a pickup and drop-off point outside for taxi apps like bolt and grab, which worked out as the cheapest way to get around quickly. Traffic can be really bad, so allow time. Chinatown is a short drive away for more shopping and places to eat. We got the entry details by contacting the property on whatsapp, and checkout was just a drop box, which was handy for our early flight. Great views, good facilities, helpful people, and it felt safe and secure.

I booked a family suite on agoda with two queen beds, but the room we checked into had one queen bed and one single bed, and it didn’t look like the listing photo. When we asked for an extra bed, the person said one queen and two single beds should be enough for five people. Their whatsapp support was frustrating too. They say they’re available from 9:30 to 11:30am, but don’t reply to messages. I’m very unhappy with the service, and it seems to be getting worse.

I first dealt with them in October 2023, and after more than a year the service has only got worse. For booking confirmation they gave me two numbers: A told me to contact B, then B sent me back to A. They only replied on whatsapp right after receiving the deposit. Even after five working days, my deposit still hadn’t been refunded. I messaged them and got ignored again. I had to follow up more than four times. I really can’t recommend them. Choosing somewhere else would be better.

The bed in the room was broken and the toilet was very dirty. Thankfully they let me move to another room the next day. I used to come here often to relax and enjoy the view from level 31 after 10pm. The new management no longer lets visitors stay there at night. I’m very disappointed and hope they’ll change that.
