I chose to rent here because of the prestigious PAVILION name, but the management has left me dissatisfied, especially when it comes to security. Anyone with an access card can enter without staff screening new faces, and if my card were stolen, that person could get into my unit. Delivery workers can drop food in the pick-up area without being checked, and parcels and mail may be accepted without anyone checking whether the delivery person logged in. When guests arrive, staff don’t call the unit to let residents know; visitors just wait on the lobby sofa until someone comes down. They also don’t help residents bring push carts out to unload groceries from cars, and reception staff seem reluctant to handle these tasks. I’m considering moving to Pavilion Suites, but I’m concerned it could have the same management because it shares the developer. I want a condo that takes resident security seriously and helps with grocery unloading. The service doesn’t live up to the name, and I’m looking elsewhere.

I appreciate the location and interior design of this luxury condominium, but my experience with the lobby security guard was unacceptable. I asked him to open the door and he ignored me, then told me not to ask him again. That’s an unprofessional way to treat someone, even at a gas station. As a Pavilion property, they should take issues like this seriously. A brand that isn’t managed properly could decline one day.

I checked in on December 11th 2023. The Wi-Fi was very good, the hotel was clean, and the swimming pool was nice. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it for smokers: if you smoke inside the apartment, your $200 deposit is gone, so you’ll be making a trip up and down. There’s no breakfast, and paying almost $500 doesn’t feel worth it for this residence. The housekeeping and residence staff were unfriendly and quite rude when I asked for directions or information, approaching me harshly. The security and concierge staff also weren’t observant, taking their time chatting instead of watching the guests.

Nice atmosphere and a good location. The security service is thorough and very good, and the staff always smile, which makes you feel welcome. Kudos to them.
