The owner was especially terrible: he didn’t reply to my messages and wouldn’t let me see the room when I arrived. My boss was coming the next day, but at 5 PM he told me there were no rooms and I had to cancel. There was no compensation. This apartment was awful, and I strongly advise people not to book it.

MasyaAllah, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the staff were kind, friendly, and quick. The location is convenient, near KLCC and Bukit Bintang, with a 7eleven and cafe in the lobby. I really recommend it.

The city view was cool, and it was so comfortable for a family holiday. All the staff were friendly, and it was clean and easy to get to the city center. Even taking Grab was inexpensive because it’s close. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.
