ZEN Rooms KL Sentral

The toilet was so filthy that I felt sick and couldn't use it all night. This was my first overnight stay here, and I'm very particular about toilet cleanliness. When I messaged the staff on WhatsApp, a man knocked on my door and said they clean it every day. I couldn't believe that, unless they clean without proper toilet products. If the stains are too hard to remove, they could replace the seat with a cheaper one from MR DIY near NU Sentral. There were no other rooms to move me to, and they made excuses without offering a solution. I'm very disappointed and won't stay here again. If you don't mind a toilet like this, you can still book here, but I won't.

The hotel is far from the city center, and although the pictures and write-up look good, the staff member who answered my call was unfriendly. I had made an unintended booking just an hour before check-in on the day, but was told the hotel would still charge me because of its policy. They seem focused only on that policy and on making money from someone who had no intention of staying. It's not customer friendly or acceptable for hospitality, and the policy wasn't in the booking fine print. I'll avoid this hotel.

We booked because we couldn't find many cheaper hotels, and the photos had looked good. Finding the place was confusing: Google Maps sent us to the other side of the road. The service was nice, though we had to fill out some paperwork for the deposit or something. When you come out of the elevator, you realize the first picture of the place on whatever website you booked through is actually just outside the elevator. Our room was honestly disgusting. There was hair on the pillow and bed, plus some on the towels laid out on the bed. We were three people but got only two towels, despite there being three beds. We definitely wouldn't recommend it and hope we never have to come back.

I came from KLIA after midnight and caught the train the next morning, so I just needed somewhere cheap and clean near KL Sentral to wash up and sleep. This hotel did the job. I had a single room with no window, a fairly soft bed and towel, working WiFi and even a chair. There’s a 7-11 across the road, and I got there in time to Grab dinner just down the street. Google Maps doesn't seem to put the hotel in the right place, so look for street number #262. I emailed to check, but didn't get a reply.
