The breakfast was free, really nice, and had a fantastic Indian taste. Staff were friendly and cooperative with customers. You can ask for your own preferred flavor and taste.

The bed was uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs when I lay down. There wasn’t any tissue paper or a bottle of mineral water in the room, even though those are basic complimentary items. They sell each bottle at reception for RM1. I’m not blaming them for selling water, but at least it should be provided in the room according to the room size. We booked a family room, and the ladies used makeup items, so they needed to wipe them off. With no tissues available, they used a towel, which got a small stain, and we were charged for it. I understand they had warned us about stains, but what else could we use without tissues? I hope the hotel improves these things. Thank you.

The room was very clean and the location was strategic. We paid an affordable price for a family room. During my stay I met four different receptionists, and all were polite and very good, the Chinese abg, Malay kakak, Indian kakak, and Indian guy. Loved it, highly recommended 🩷🩷🩷 Thank you all.
