ZEN Rooms Sakura Boutique Hotel

I checked in easily as a walk-in and paid by debit card. The hotel was easy to find by Grab Taxi, and the lift was fast. The room was good quality and had all the amenities, so it was comfortable for guests. There are food shops nearby, it’s easy to order Dominos, and there’s a rooftop area too.

My first time at this hotel, and it was crazy. Sakura Boutique Hotel is in a prestigious area. Sakura Hotel treats you like a priority customer, whether or not you booked first. There’s an automated doorman and fewer hotel clerks. Best hotel, best view.

The place is old and stuffy, and the towers are old and small. It wasn’t clean, with roaches coming out at night and crawling on the beds. There’s a Chinese seafood restaurant next door, but no kopitiam. A mamak stall selling roti canai, nasik lemak, and other food is within walking distance.

I came for work, and the room had what I needed, including air conditioning and a hot shower. There are enough nearby food options, like a local mamak, if you’re not picky. I’d recommend it to business travellers who want to leave work behind the door and get a good night’s rest. Parking is a problem because you have to leave the car along the road. Please don’t leave your belongings in it.
