The swimming pools were very dirty and poorly maintained. I was scared to swim in the adult section. The toilet in the room had no water, and after I told management, nothing was done. They were very slow. The contact number is only available during booking, so there's no after-sales service. Please improve your management.

I can't give this 0/10, though that's what I would rate it. The whole place was very dirty, and I don't recommend coming here. My brother's body got itchy after swimming in the pool. My family was left waiting for a whole hour. They didn't answer the phone from 7pm to 5am, even though I called 12 times after my mother said they hadn't responded. I thought they might have scammed my mother.

There were lots of spider webs in the room, and I had to clean the dirty bathroom myself. People in the pool were singing loudly in the middle of the night instead of just swimming.

Please improve the service soon. Management really needs to act, or customers will keep getting fewer and fewer. Guests staying in the chalets shouldn't be charged extra for the gazebo, and checkout should be at 12pm. Thanks.

There's a lot of space here, and the pool makes it suitable for kids and family gatherings.
