Hotel Vogue Rompin

A nice little hotel by the road, with clean rooms that are in good repair. I’d left my iPhone charging cable behind, and the woman at the front desk lent me hers from her car! 😄 There’s some highway noise through the single-pane windows, but it wasn’t a big deal. A good place to stay if you need a room in Kuala Rompin.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. There wasn’t a chair or table at first, but when I asked, they helpfully brought them. My room faced a coastal kampung, so in the morning there was Malaysian countryside scenery and sound. I did miss having a mirror in the main room, water mugs or glasses, a hot water kettle, and a clothes rack, all basic hotel items. Still, for a last-minute booking with friendly staff, it was quite worth it.

This hotel deserves more recognition! The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the location is very convenient for the beach. The TV and bed are positioned a bit strangely, but that’s okay. The air conditioner wasn’t very strong. I’d definitely come back on my next visit. Keep it up!

I don’t understand why the rate is so high when the hotel is far from Rompin town. The twin room was very small, though the bedding and towels were clean. There wasn’t enough space to pray, so I had to do it in a really cramped spot. The staff were friendly, though.
