The bathroom was filthy and smelled bad, with a broken mirror, broken taps, a dirty toilet, and a broken wash basin. Water was also leaking from the AC into the room. The room itself was cramped, damp, smelly, and had no windows. There was no ventilation in the toilet, either through an exhaust fan or a window. This is probably the worst place to stay in Malaysia.

My mom's friend had to wait for the two receptionists to finish talking before she could get her room. Some rooms have space to pray, while others don't, and unfortunately I couldn't pray in my room because the space was so limited. I know it's a low-star hotel, but I still expected the basics. There wasn't even any shampoo. Those so-called "5-star reviews" seem fake too. You get a free emoji pillow for leaving a good review. Eww.

We also rented a room, and it had cockroaches everywhere. Extremely unhygienic. The hall itself was untidy, just 1 out of 10, and its washroom had a foul smell. The hall manager was unfriendly and didn't know how to communicate with customers or approach people. No projector was provided, which caused a lot of inconvenience, and the hall price wasn't reasonable.

The room was tiny, just enough for the bed, and had no window. The bathroom was cupboard-small, with no exhaust fan, window, or any ventilation. The toilet and basin were in bad shape, and the sheets were dirty and torn. I got bitten by a bed bug or something while sleeping there. The AC wasn't working properly either, and even the corridors felt too narrow. There was no data signal and the Wi-Fi was horrible. Every moment brought another disappointment. For that price range, this has to be one of the worst places I've stayed. I'd give it zero if I could, but one is the lowest.
