DJ Citi Point Hotel

We booked a family suite with two queen beds through Agoda because it was much cheaper than walking in. DJ citi inn premier was full, so they emailed to say we’d be at DJ citi point hotel, three minutes from the hotel we had booked. That was fine with me as long as it was nearby. There was plenty of paid parking and free wifi, and the staff were very polite at check-in and check-out. The room was quite big, on the second floor. When you open the door, the bed is right there, with no proper place for shoes. The air-conditioning took about 10 minutes to cool down, but the bathroom was large and the water heater worked well. There was enough room to pray without blocking the path, even with two more suitcases beside you. Neither hotel has a lift, so if you’re bringing your parents or an OKU, I’d look elsewhere. Otherwise, everything was great for a budget hotel.

The entrance area is so damn narrow. My first night’s sleep was bad because I didn’t know there was a kindergarten below me, and the kids were wailing early in the morning. They moved me to the main building for the second night, where the bed and pillows were better, and I slept better too.

There’s no parking provided, so you need to find a nearby place to park your vehicle safely. The property also has no lift. The location is handy for attractions, shops, a pharmacy, bank and bus station, and it’s easy to get a Grab or Maxim. The room was tidy and clean, with a working toilet, heater and mini fridge.

The White Mosque is very close by, which made the location excellent. At check-in, the receptionist was fantastic, friendly, welcoming and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was well maintained.
