For our family day, the rate was around RM200, which felt quite expensive for Kuala Terengganu. The room was old, though acceptable and comfortable enough for a short visit. Breakfast was the letdown: there weren’t many choices, and the food didn’t taste good. It was an average hotel. I might look at other options for better value next time.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful, and checking out was quick and easy. The service rating is lower because the room wasn’t ready on time. We arrived around 5:30 pm and waited about 20 minutes.

The buffet breakfast was just okay, but I enjoyed looking at the view more. I requested a high-floor room facing the river, and the view from the room was incredibly beautiful.

The carpet may be the one issue, and the place does feel older, but I was satisfied with the peaceful atmosphere, hospitality, room, and breakfast. I haven’t tried the other facilities yet. Thanks for the stay, I’ll be back again.

The hotel is in a strategic location, and the rooms and service are not bad. I do think the room needs improvement to make it better than it is now. Still, everything was good overall.
