Getting around the elevators was confusing, and the receptionist was rude throughout, from check-in to checkout. I had to push hard to get my deposit back, and then was charged more than half the stated surcharge, so there was no saving in the end. The kettle didn't work either. I told the receptionist, but he ignored me. A regular hotel would literally cost less. Avoid this place.

The room was filthy and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It didn't look like the photos at all. The pictures are misleading.

The parking arrangements made things exhausting for our family. We paid for extra spaces but got just one access card for four cars and four married siblings. Security kept asking for that card whenever anyone needed to enter the parking area or get back to the building, so we were constantly passing it around between parking floors and towers. The next morning, one of my sister's cars was wrongly wheel-clamped even though we followed the instructions. Management only said it was a mistake, with no compensation or accountability. We had booked one three-bedroom apartment so the whole family could stay together. Instead, when we arrived, another guest had already entered our unit using the same password we were given to collect the key. The owner wouldn't resolve it or give us the booked apartment, and offered two separate units in different towers instead. That defeated the point of our booking. We'd travelled from Kuantan and arrived close to midnight with children, then got pulled into all this drama. The owner's manner was rude and unprofessional. When we asked for the unit we had reserved, he said things like, "It's only RM200, why are you being so fussy?" He didn't apologize and told us to cancel if we weren't happy. At almost midnight, with young children, that was unacceptable. Eventually he stopped answering calls, leaving us to sort it out ourselves. The building was hard to navigate too. The lift system was packed and confusing, and we got lost several times trying to find our room. From start to finish, the stay was stressful, with poor management, rude treatment, frustrating parking, and no responsibility taken when mistakes happened. Our family holiday became a traumatic experience. I wouldn't recommend the property, especially to families with children.

We were close to a mall, and there were plenty of street food choices in the evening, which was convenient. The pool and garden are on Level R. I stayed for four days, but the room had an unpleasant smell that made it less comfortable. The lifts can be hard to figure out at first: go to CP1, CP2, or CP3, then transfer to the lift for your unit and tower. I'd suggest CP3.
