The hotel has strong conference facilities, with about half a dozen seminar rooms and the supporting infrastructure. I was there to run a seminar, and the stay was satisfying. My room was spacious, the rain shower was a pleasant surprise, the AC was well balanced, and room service was fairly prompt. Restaurant service was ordinary, the lifts worked efficiently and, oddly, seemed independent. Reception staff were polite, and having ATMs around the corner from the lobby was a big plus. One thing puzzled me in the reviews: someone had posted a swimming pool photo, but there is no pool at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, and the hotel itself is very nice. Good facilities, and everything was neat, tidy, and comfortable.

The twin room has plenty of space. The shower pressure is good, and the hot water feels nice and hot. The air conditioning gets cold, and there's a big TV and good internet.

I'm very disappointed. I asked one male staff member something in a gentle tone, but he replied rudely. I can't remember his name.

I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. Reception is the guest's first contact with a hotel, and it should leave a positive impression. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service. Guests deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
