We come to KL every year and this is always our first choice. It feels like a second home, with a great location and consistently spotless rooms. The service is warm and genuine from the moment we get out of the car until checkout. Darhini at the front office made check-in smooth and flawless. She's professional, speaks gently, and always has a warm smile. Two housekeepers, one woman and one man who helped us on different days, were also so helpful with our requests. We didn't catch their names, unfortunately. Breakfast is always very good, and Mubarak from the breakfast crew is someone we remember. He's there when we stay and recognized us this time, which made us feel valued. We can't wait to come back next year. Fazhan Norhan Room 1625

The room service was wonderful, and Chef Mustaza made amazing food that was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Din was quick, attentive, and efficient, and Yasir did great housekeeping. Maizie at the concierge, Azmir the bellboy, and Radieka from the GSO team gave us a warm welcome. They were professional, friendly, and attentive, helping us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Everyone's positive attitude, efficiency, and readiness to help stood out. Thanks for going above and beyond and making the stay so pleasant.

The service is what I'll remember most. From reception and lobby attendants to staff outside opening doors and greeting guests, everyone was warm and ready to help. When we asked for pillows, water, or anything else, it arrived immediately. People even noticed when we needed help before we asked, and rushed over. Mubarak and Lam at breakfast always greeted us with smiles, and the chefs and kitchen staff said good morning, helped with the dishes, and made breakfast feel personal. Din was also quick and efficient whenever we needed something. We stayed in family room 1707. It was spotless and spacious, with a stunning view. The hotel is huge, and the pool, lobby, and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, too. The location was perfect, close to the Grand Pavilion and surrounded by shops and places to eat. The staff and service made the stay worth every penny. It was unforgettable, and I'll truly miss the experience.

It's a lovely spot for family gatherings, celebrations, or an easy meal with loved ones. The buffet has a fantastic variety of high-quality dishes, always fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Every visit is a delight. Manager Mubarak Lamsan and the culinary team, Chef Desmond, Chef Azad, Chef Asyraaf, and Chef Joseph, deserve special thanks for their dedication, professionalism, and passion. As a regular, I can say The Mill Café keeps exceeding my expectations. Congratulations to the whole team on the buffet and service. I'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
