The toilet is ridiculously tiny, so it wouldn't suit anyone who's big-sized. The place is filthy, more like a zoo or jungle than a hotel.
6/10
The toilet is cramped, and without a vehicle it's hard to find food. They ask for a RM10 towel deposit. Still, it's okay if there isn't another option.
8/10
I only planned a day trip to Kuala Terengganu for business, but got worn out from the long drive and booked here at the last minute. The receptionist was helpful even though he was getting ready for Friday prayers. The bed was comfortable, and there was a water heater. It's near the airport, so it worked well for a short stay.
8/10
The room is small, but fine for an overnight stop. It's an affordable place with standard service, and handy if you have an early flight from Kuala Terengganu.
6/10
The bathroom door is a faulty folding type and could come off, so be careful of injury. The room and bathroom are both very small, and cleanliness fell short of what I expected.
