Ada Hotel & Apartment

I stayed here for the second time from 27 to 30 April, and it was a bad experience with poor service. I had a third-floor queen room for RM99, with no lift. I asked to move rooms the next day, but nothing came of it, just talk about procedures and so on. On 28 April, I couldn’t get into my room and had to go downstairs to report it. They fixed it, but the same thing happened again and had to be fixed again before it was settled. When I came back from work at 5 pm on the 29th, the cleaner still hadn’t cleaned the room. There had been no cleaning on the 27th, 28th, or 29th. After a tiring day at work, finding the room like that was frustrating. I went down to complain again, and they offered to move me. I’d already asked the day before and was given so many reasons. There are problems throughout this hotel. I don’t know what else to say. On my next trip to KT, this will be my last choice. I’m disappointed and frustrated. RM99 for a queen bed in a room with no windows and no lift is not cheap.
