For the price offered, I can't complain too much. It's an old resort, but the room and surroundings were clean and tidy. It was an affordable place to stay in Kuala Terengganu. The owner could perhaps upgrade some room facilities, like the water heater.

We had to check out early for a hospital appointment, but nobody was at reception. The counter instructions said to call a number, and we tried several times without anyone answering. The lack of help was frustrating. There was a bad leak from the shower in the toilet, and some floor tiles were chipped and sharp enough to make walking unsafe. The room also had lots of mosquitoes. Cleanliness, maintenance, and staff reliability all need to improve.

It's good for a family trip in other ways. The rooms need upgrading, and the drain should be closed. They should provide a wheelchair, and the pool needs regular cleaning.

0/10, RM150 is not worth it. There was no safety, you couldn't lock the room, and there was no air-conditioning. Cheaper resorts have better air-conditioning than this place. The reality doesn't match the reputation.
