Seri Indah Resort SDN BHD

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, if at all. There was hair in the sink and on the floor, and the towel looked old or unchanged, so I didn't dare use it. The furniture was old, and luckily I'd brought an extension lead for charging. This place needs proper maintenance and isn't worth the price.

The view was really nice, and the pool depth was good. There was also a private changing room. They cleaned our room without asking, but nothing was missing afterward. Best place I've stayed. Five stars from me!

I spent two days here. The room was clean and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool, which I'd give 8/10, even though it seemed to have a bit too much chlorine and I think the water should be changed more often. The beach is close, but if you don't have a car, it's about a 150-meter walk. They accept walk-in reservations.

The location is right by the sea, so you can take a morning stroll and watch the sunrise. The service was good too. I asked for an extra pillow and they gave me one without hesitation. The room was big but had very old furniture and felt a bit rundown. The air conditioner worked well, but the shower pressure was so weak it only trickled. The balcony had a sea view, though it was dirty and poorly maintained, so I wouldn't recommend sitting there.
