I checked in late, and they asked politely. The meal was quite delicious, and soap and shampoo were provided. There was some smell, but it was kind of acceptable. I never went to the pool.

The rooms had very worn-out furniture, so you need to ask whether a better room is available. The front desk could also be more informative and helpful.

It's close to so many places, including the hospital and shopping mall, and restaurants are easy to get to. You won't regret staying here.

I stayed here for an open house visit in Kuala Terengganu. The hotel has several rooms and felt family-friendly. Our room was clean and cozy, though somehow freezing at night. I loved the view in the morning, with the sunrise and lots of scenic shots to take. Sumai Hotel Apartment is highly recommended for a family vacation in Kuala Terengganu.

There's room service for food, and the apartment room is spacious. The staff were polite and trustworthy. It's near pantai batu buruk.
