The staff were great, and the water pressure was seriously strong. The location worked well too. We stayed during Raya, when parking was plentiful at first, but by the second or third day the spaces had become limited. Scores: staff 10/10, location 8/10, value 8/10, parking 7/10, cleanliness 7/10, breakfast 4/10. A good place to stay.

The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and parking was free with enough spaces. I booked through Agoda for RM 138, which felt like good value for a king-size bed and breakfast.

Rooms could use an upgrade, especially the old carpet, run-down feel, and blurry TV. The banner out front also still shows an out-of-date promotional price. Hotel rates in Terengganu are generally high. Breakfast is a buffet with limited variety, but reasonable; staying several days might get boring since it is the same each day.

There wasn't enough parking, and the room facilities were very poor. Skip breakfast and go outside to get your own.
