Casa 96 Villa

Casa 96 Villa makes sense if you just need somewhere to sleep and rest after spending the day out. If you want to hang around in the room and enjoy the facilities, this isn't the place. For the price, the beds are comfortable, the toilet is nice and clean, and the WiFi is good. Our room for four wasn't spacious, but there was still enough room to pray. The water pressure was really good, and I liked having lots of places to hang things and plenty of electrical outlets. Recommended.

I left at 9pm so I wouldn't have to sleep there. There was a smell of urine and mould, plus sweat, and the bedsheet was nowhere near crisp or clean. I don't understand why it was fully booked. I chose it because the photos looked good and the price was lower. For the same price, less than 1km away, I found a properly managed guest house with a crisp, clean bedsheet and a room twice the size.

For RM 55, my husband and I had a lovely night. We arrived at 10pm, and reception got the key ready quickly. Our room was on the ground floor near reception. It was small, but well worth the price, and it was clean, including the bathroom. There was a smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, a fan, lots of clothes hangers, a hairdryer, and hot water. I was surprised. The toilet was packed in with the standing shower, but it still had what we needed. Thanks, and keep the price low!

The room smelled awful, the sheets were stained, and ants were crawling on them. Dust and dirt covered the walls, the card inserter was broken, and the glass on the table had broken, which felt really dangerous. The room was in terrible shape, and management really sucks.
