The room was filthy and disgusting, with dead bugs and stains on the blankets. They and the pillows were stained and smelly, and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was no toilet paper or soap, and the bidet was broken. I booked two nights but left after the first. This was the only vacant hotel in Kuantan, so I paid 320 MYR per night. I’ll even complain to the ministry of tourism. DO NOT STAY HERE.

By Malaysian standards, this was a wonderful stay. The building has a lift and lots of CCTV cameras for safety. The water was hot and the pressure was extremely strong. I did find it interesting that the deposit and tax cost more than the room, though that makes sense since it's Malaysia.

The room was horrible and terrible, just no words for it. I booked through agoda and ended up in the old wing, which has no lift, so I had to carry 30kg of luggage to the second floor. The bathroom was clogged, the sink leaked, and there was water all over the floor. The room smelled like... no words. Thanks.

The room condition was very bad. The wash basin leaked underneath, the room smelled, and there was hair on the bedsheets. The shower was leaking too. Worst of all, customers have to pay to use a hairdryer!

The twin room had a frosted glass toilet, but you can still see through it a bit when the other person is showering, almost like a strip tease. One of us had to go outside every time the other needed to shower. There was no soap either, and the room was stuffy with a tiang, a beam, in the middle. I can't recommend it. Based on the reply below, the owner seems very greedy. I come to a hotel to relax, not to go outside and breathe secondhand smoke. The lounge is practically nonexistent, and they want me to go outside some more. Bad 👎👎👎
