It felt like a real home, with a decent toilet and space for a big family group to lounge outside or in the living room. You can also have a big family dinner out back.

The location is handy, right at the start of the bukit pelindung hiking track and a 5-10 minute drive from Kuantan's city and Teluk Cempedak. The bungalow and its furniture may be old, but they're still well maintained. If I'm remembering right, it has 10 rooms. Recommended for a big family gathering.

We stayed here on the second day of Aidilfitri with five families from my in-laws' side. The kids were so happy playing futsal at the nearby grass playground, and the location is good, very close to Teluk Cempedak beach.

The hosts were helpful and friendly, and my friend and I had a really pleasant stay at Casa Pelinding Guesthouse.

Several of the toilets need repair, especially where water is leaking through the ceilings.
