The fridge was the only thing that didn't work, but the room suited our family well, with one king bed and one single. The toilet was clean and the lift worked normally. Breakfast was fine for us: nasi lemak, bread, toast, donut, and coffee. We could walk to the centre, street food stalls for dinner, and places like Kula Cakes and Zus. The Padang was nearby for nightlife, with a view of the Masjid. We drove about nine hours from Sg Petani Kedah, arrived in Kuantan around 1pm, and couldn't find another hotel that would let us check in early. Thanks to the receptionist who helped me a lot. For a 3 star hotel, it was amazingly comfortable enough for our family.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the TV, air con, and toilet were all good. There were ants all over the table, though, and my son spotted a big cockroach in the room. I killed it when it came out again because I'm allergic to their legs. Please get pest control to deal with this. Apart from that, everything was OK and I recommend the hotel.

It's in the city, close to most things, and seems suitable for families with small children. There's private parking right in front of the hotel building, just like in the photo. Breakfast was alright, and if you're in a hurry you can grab it and go 😂 At least the food doesn't go to waste.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms were okay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the nasi lemak and assortment of breads. There were eateries nearby, so it was easy to find somewhere to eat.

I checked in today and was disappointed by the old, torn bath towels and their unpleasant smell. They don't give individual shampoo or shower gel either. Instead, there's washing gel like the kind in Aeon Mall toilets. Better to stay at Season View Hotel right beside this one.
