The team was friendly, and the location is convenient, near a mosque. They provide a Qibla pointer, prayer mats and religious books, and the aircon gets ice-cold. The TV is in an awkward spot where you can easily bump into it. It feels like a trap that could make guests pay for damage.

The location was convenient for the mall during my three-day stay. But I was stuck alone in the elevator for 20 minutes, which was traumatic. Afterward it couldn’t be used, so I had to take my mother, who is over 70 and uses a walking stick, down the stairs. It was a very unpleasant experience.

It’s a business with the basic necessities, and there’s a cafe. The location is in the city centre. Parking spaces are available, but there aren’t many.

Our first stay at kosma business hotel was good, especially the service at the front counter. Thank you, izzati, for looking after us so well. She’s a very good, soft-spoken girl. We’ll stay here again: it’s in a strategic spot near the mall, and the price is affordable with breakfast included.

The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the WiFi worked well. Staff at the counter, cafe and maintenance were all friendly. The price is reasonable with breakfast included, and the hotel is in the city near Kuantan City Mall, other malls and the Mosque. One suggestion: management could sell snacks or provide extra bathroom items like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Room service with a mini fridge would also be good to have.
