I ended up with bedbugs, and hygiene shouldn't be negotiable. Seri Malaysia may be a "Legend" hotel and I expected an old-school room, but this was by far the worst hotel I've visited. Please, "RANGKAIAN HOTEL SERI MALAYSIA SDN BHD", do something about it. Even OYO is more convenient than your hotel.

Hi, hotel seri malaysia management, please take note. Bed bugs were in the bed and left me with extreme itching and discomfort. It's a serious hygiene problem and completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had.

Breakfast comes à la carte, with side dishes and drinks to go with it. Parking right in front is ample, which is handy when you're traveling by car. The place shows its age, but is kept up and hygienic. My room and the toilet were clean, and the air conditioning worked well and kept it comfortably cold. The lighting was a bit dim, and the hard pillow might make sleep difficult for some. A decent, satisfying stay for the price, with a few things to improve.

Since this was a last-minute booking, I didn't expect much, and the stay was pretty ordinary. Still, the service could improve. The main door needs fixing, and the toilet door looked close to falling apart. There was no toothpaste or plastic bags. The blanket could've been cleaner, and the room had an unpleasant smell, so some fragrance would help.

The bathroom is especially worn, and the TV channels were terrible. Even at the discounted rate, it wasn't worth it.
