It was better than my previous experience. Basic accommodation, good value for money, and I had no worries staying there.

The room had a lot of dust and wasn't clean. The towel seemed like it might have been in use since the hotel first opened, so they should replace all the towels. Fortunately, this was just a stop on my way through and I only came to sleep, not stay for long.

The location in the city is nice, and this has always been my first choice in Kuantan. There's a pantry with water and dishes, but no cutlery, so bring your own if you plan to eat in the room. Parking is limited. If you arrive early, you may get a spot in front; otherwise, you might find one opposite the building or farther away. If you have luggage, drop it off first. The room has soap and enough space to pray, but lately there's been no tissue, and the bed had stains. If you're very particular about cleanliness, I'd suggest somewhere else.

It used to be nice, but now the room feels sticky and has quite a bit of dust. We ended up taking off the bedsheet and washing it at a public laundry. The bathroom hadn't been scrubbed.

The room looked dusty and dirty, with mold on part of the wall. The mattress and pillow sheets were old and worn. The sink leaked, and although there was a soap dispenser, it had no soap. A bad experience overall, and I wouldn't recommend it.
