The stairs up to the room are very steep and high, so I wouldn't advise this place for older people or anyone with knee problems. The sofa was shabby and in really bad shape, and the toilet door was broken and had no lock. I got bitten by bed bugs, probably because the cleaning wasn't proper. I definitely won't come again.

The family room was comfortable, and the price for two nights was cheap. Just be ready for the stairs, you need strong legs to climb them 😂😅. And please do something about the towels. Luckily, I brought my own from home.

It's clean and cheap, so you get what you pay for. The toilet was clean, but the seat was cruddy. The hotel is close to many famous places to eat in Kuantan. Bring earplugs, since it's along a main road and traffic noise can get quite loud.

For under RM 80, it's worth the price. The room was clean, and there was an iron and water dispenser. There's no lift. Passing cars make a buzzing sound at night, but I could still sleep.

The blanket looked too uncomfortable to lie on, and that really put me off. The place was just okay overall. For the same price, I think there are other hotels with better accommodation.
