The room wasn’t clean enough for me, maybe 50% out of 100. Still, the rate was affordable, and I only needed a short nap before travelling through Kuching Airport, which isn’t far away. You can get a Grab there. The air conditioning, hot shower, and TV all worked well, with Chinese restaurants and a mini market nearby. Good value for my money overall.
I stayed two nights, but the TV socket didn’t work. I complained and nothing was done. I then asked for a refund because I’d decided to move to another hotel, but they refused, saying it had already been entered into the system. Poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
I booked through booking.com for RM58, but at check-in they asked me to pay RM78. The information was misleading and they weren’t sincere. Not recommended.
Please correct the map location. It’s completely wrong.
