The payment setup was a real letdown. I had already paid in full online, but was charged the service fee again. Only the deposit came back, and the extra service charge wasn’t refunded. Getting the key was another hassle. You’re supposed to be told at least a day ahead that you need to collect it yourself from the designated place. Not everyone is “normal in vivacity,” whatever that means. If the deposit has been credited, they should provide the letterbox number. The parking card was difficult to deal with, especially at checkout. I had to leave the car park first, then come back in the morning to return the key. The TV didn’t work, and the living room air conditioner was leaking. I reported both, but the problems weren’t resolved. The TV only let me watch YouTube through Google. I understand a leaking air conditioner might be hard to fix quickly, but they could at least have tried to sort it out. I called at 9 pm to ask about it and got no answer. I put a bucket under the unit myself and asked for a cloth because the floor was slippery, but nobody answered that call either.
