The building was dark, locked, closed, and abandoned, with no lights and no sign of hotel service operating. I couldn’t even find a bell. Still, someone responsible for it reported my reservation as a no-show, and now I have to pay a cancellation fee. This is the rudest hotel ever, playing some illegal game with customers’ money. The person responsible should be reported to the police and jailed. Do not book here!

I booked one night through Traveloka for RM36, though the usual price is RM45-50. The building is old, but the spacious room had plenty of white light, a large window with a wide view, and a bed that was soft enough. For the price, the broken shower heater was something I could accept. Still, I didn’t sleep well. Light came through the window above the door facing the hallway, and the rempit bikes speeding along the main road kept waking me through the night. It’s good enough if you only need a bed and are a heavy sleeper.
