Heeren Palm Suites

I stayed at Heeren palm suite for 3d2n. I booked just a week ahead and was lucky to get the last room, a Deluxe, since all the other hotels were fully booked. The room and toilet were clean, and the location behind jonker street made it easy to walk to most places. Staff were friendly and helped with parking as well as breakfast. I’d seen a few comments about noise, but it wasn’t an issue for me, perhaps because of where my room was. Hope this helps.

We had a really enjoyable two-night stay and would definitely come back. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel has a lot of history and character, which made a nice change from the usual plain, modern rooms.

The location is super central, just a short walk from Jonker Street, so exploring was easy. We paid over RM400 for one night. It isn’t cheap, but for the space, comfort, and location, I’d consider it worth it and would stay again. Our Deluxe Suite was spacious and gorgeous, with a huge TV, a massive bed, and a clean, modern toilet. Netflix was a treat during our downtime. The water heater wasn’t working too well, though, and the suite is on the third floor with no lift, so expect to climb. There was no iron in the room either, though that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. There were some light nyonya dishes, eggs you could order in different styles, cereals, and kuih. They have designated parking at the back, but it was full when we visited because of the crowd, so we had to find a spot nearby. That was still easier than trying to park in front near Jonker.

The breakfast was amazing, and the kids enjoyed the play area. Our room was extremely large and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend stay at Heeren Palm Suites, and the friendly staff gave amazing service.
