Nobody was there, and a notice said to call the worker after 10pm. I called, but no one picked up. I arrived at 12 and waited there, but still got no answer. The place felt quite scary and lonely, so I went back instead of waiting around for someone to answer and help me check in. I asked for a refund because I chose to go somewhere else rather than keep waiting. When Agoda asked about the refund, they said they could help us check in at that time, even though I had been calling and waiting there already. I’ve attached a picture too. Please consider this again, thank you.

A great place to stay, with friendly staff. I only wish the hotel had an elevator.

The room didn’t look like the photos. I’d booked the most expensive room, but they put me on the third floor, which meant carrying my things up the stairs. After the climb, the area smelled like a carcass or something rotten. Service was very bad. Staff took a long time to respond and often disappeared.

My husband spent one night there and ended up with dust mite bites all over his neck. He needs to see a doctor now.

The helpful staff and the good curry and roti house downstairs were the few bright spots, along with two good courts nearby and a 7E. I booked late because I had an early flight, but the place was very basic. The bed was comfortable, though the bright light looked cheap and didn't feel relaxing, and traffic noise went on constantly. For RM60, the rest still felt negative. I'd never stay again.
