6/10
The main letdown was that there was no 3-in-1 coffee or spoons in the room for guests wanting a drink or snack. Otherwise, the clean room and friendly staff made my stay comfortable. The hotel is in a new town, about a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything else was good, but the room's airflow setup was a disappointment. The toilet exhaust fan didn't seem to work, while the exhaust fan in the room pulled more air than the one in the bathroom. After someone used the toilet, the smell came out into the room. If you're on the bed, it feels like sleeping in the toilet.

The front desk staff came across as tired and unprofessional, almost like they'd just woken up. They didn't seem to know much, and their tone wasn't friendly. The soundproofing was really poor too, and I was woken up several times in the morning. Quite a disappointing stay.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and KPJ is less than 1 km away, about a 10-minute walk. The room size was okay, though there were a few stains on the wall. Amenities were limited to a towel, soap, and water.

The room wasn't large, but it felt spacious. It was really tidy and clean, and very comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly too.
