The room was decent for a budget hotel, and the price felt fair. The location was also really convenient. I stayed for three days and two nights, though finding the place was a little tricky at first. When I called reception for help, the man who answered didn't sound very friendly. At checkout, the woman wearing glasses, who looked Chinese, also seemed unwelcoming and didn't smile. The stay was okay, but they could do better with hospitality and customer service.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and DIY and Guardian are both within about 100 metres. You can leave your car at the nearby public car park and walk to the jetty in just a few minutes. I often stay here when travelling to Tioman or the surrounding area. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. The receptionist was okay.

The staff were friendly, and the free shuttle to the jetty was handy. The location is convenient too. A really nice stay!

I booked a room with three beds but was given one with only two. Just one electrical outlet worked, and the air conditioning had a problem and wasn't cooling at all. The service was bad and unprofessional.

It's handy for catching the jetty to Tioman and works as a budget place for one night. The bathroom was very clean, but the room floor wasn't, and it had pubic hairs left by the previous guest. I requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of old smoke, enough to make me nauseous. Maybe all the rooms used to allow smoking.
