The receptionist was kind and helpful, but the room itself was terrible. The bed was really uncomfortable, the toilet was dirty, and the water smelled bad. The hotel said they were fixing the pump that day, though I’m not sure that was true. They didn’t provide basics like soap either. I can’t speak for other Oyos, but this one was the worst Oyo hotel I’ve stayed at. I only managed to take one picture since it was already midnight and I needed enough rest for an event the next day. Don’t ask why I rented the room, LOL.

A really bad stay. The air conditioning didn’t work, there were lots of mosquitoes, and several of the facilities provided were broken. Cheap doesn’t mean you should give guests broken things. Better not to include them than leave them broken and call it a budget hotel. The overall experience was very poor 👎👎👎

Not bad. My father booked a room listed with two queen beds, but it actually had one queen and three single beds, even though there are only four of us in the family. The air conditioning was broken 🥺. Otherwise it could’ve got four stars.

Worst place to stay. I reported it to Traveloka, but they still hadn’t responded after more than a month. I left the room within the first 30 minutes.

I booked two nights, then arrived to find out from the staff that the hotel was closed. Why couldn't they tell customers ahead of time? I wasted the trip getting there just to learn what had happened.
