It’s a pleasant, comfortable place. The room is small but nice; ventilation was the problem. Some nights it got hot, so I had to leave the door slightly ajar to let in air conditioning from outside.

The price was affordable, and the bed itself was nice to sleep in. But I could hear another couple chatting loudly until 3am, and kept waking up. A really bad experience for sleeping.

The room was a good middle size and the place was peaceful and quiet, above a shoplot with lots of parking downstairs. Towels, shoes, slippers, a locker, and a water dispenser were provided. The glass door locks, and you need to tidy the room before leaving. Check-in and checkout are handled yourself through WhatsApp with the PIC. There’s a shared bathroom and toilet. It’s cheap and handy when you need somewhere to rest at the last minute.

I booked this room to get some time to myself, and found it clean, nice-smelling, and well-serviced. The location was good too, and I felt I got my money’s worth. The walls let through a bit of noise, but I’d still come back. Thanks, Metrocity Backpackers.

Back for my second stay 🫶🏻 I like having a place where I can be alone and enjoy some me time. It’s really comfortable, though noise can sometimes interrupt that. I couldn’t get the wireless charger to work, not sure if it was my phone, but maybe check it. Also, please look under the bed. I found a used cond*m there, and I was staying alone, so it definitely wasn’t mine. The flaws didn’t make me uncomfortable, though. One of the comfiest places I’ve been 🫶🏻
