The price is reasonable, so you get what you’d expect for this kind of hotel. But please close the toilet door. When I first went into Room 103, the smell from the toilet hit me. I stayed for an hour, then went out to buy something to make the room smell better. It’s a simple thing to fix.

There was a clear “No Smoking Room” notice on the wall, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was disappointed with its condition and left the hotel after just four hours.

Everything else seemed normal, like at other hotels, but the charge for extending my stay was surprising. Just an extra half hour cost 40 ringgit. For that amount, I might as well have booked another night instead of paying for 30 minutes.

The reception staff were great and very helpful, and the room was tidy and clean. It’s close to the airport, and it’s easy to get to shops and shopping malls, especially in the city centre.
