The staff were helpful and had common sense, and that was the good part of this inn. Wifi got no assistance at all, and although smoking was supposedly prohibited, it happened every single night. Almost all the rooms seem to have the same issues: dirty ceilings with carbon dust falling to the floor, and green moldy toilet walls in some rooms. If you're coming to Kuching for business or leisure, don't choose this INN. For a transit or short stay, it's a good place.

I stayed there for two weeks without internet or wifi. The ISP service was terrible!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It's not far from the city centre, though not walkable. No kettle in the room, but there's a hot and cold water filter in the hallway. They provide bathroom soap, and you can get a replacement towel if you ask. Free parking was always available. The hotel has no lift.

This was my third stay, and before today everything had seemed fine. I'd even given the place five stars on Agoda. This time, though, I found blood stains on the toilet and mattress. I hope they make improvements, and I hope this isn't my last visit. Thank you.

There was no wifi when I arrived on the first day. I reported it to the counter staff, but nothing changed, even by the next day.
