The bathroom is in terrible condition, and they put soap in a plastic bottle that felt unhygienic. There was only one power outlet, by the door instead of beside the bed, and no bedside table, so it was awkward to charge a phone or put anything down. Bring a 3-in-1 charger. The pillows were very flat, and when I asked for an extra one, they had none. I ended up folding a clean, dry towel under mine so my neck wouldn't hurt. The air conditioner barely worked. It took around 2 days to cool the room, and I had to leave it on the whole time. To ask for help or complain, you have to go downstairs in person. I paid RM60 x 4Nights and regretted it every day. The rooms need a lot of improvement. I suggest choosing another hotel, since others are only a little more expensive and still affordable. I wouldn't give this place one star, it's better off without one. 0/10.

I usually don't complain, but I had too many problems this time. There was no hot water for bathing or drinking, and the air conditioner made noise every hour. The valve also made a loud sound whenever I used it. The door looked like someone had already broken into the room, and the TV didn't work properly. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist answered with a bad attitude. I also asked for a light bulb to be changed and for a dustbin. When I returned, there was no dustbin, and the light still wasn't working properly because the switches were confusing. The night-shift receptionist was better than the day-shift one.

The air conditioning was extremely noisy in the first room. We asked to move, but in the second room it was malfunctioning, and the room was hot and stuffy. The bedsheet also looked unwashed. The toilet was average, which is what you'd expect at a budget place, but that wasn't the main issue. We asked for a double room at first, then needed help turning on the light. The receptionist did help, but made faces and was disrespectful. When we decided to leave and ask for a refund, she asked what was wrong in an angry tone and made faces again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had booked from 18th Oct 2023 to 21st Oct and told them I'd arrive around 11p.m on the 18th. The receptionist agreed. When I got there at about 11p.m, the hotel door was locked and no one was at the counter. A notice said the counter was closed frm 7p.m to 7a.m. I called the number on the notice, but nobody answered. Someone nearby told me I had to check in at another branch hotel after 7p.m, so I had to get another Grab car to go there. It was already midnight, and I was really annoyed by the poor, irresponsible management. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The management board should apologize for the inconvenience.
