Right on top of Vivacity Mall, this is a new, cozy place to stay. The beds and bathrooms are comfortable, and hotel guests get free parking. The swimming pool has a great view, though it might feel a bit small when it's crowded.

For RM190, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, even though it had only been open for 3 months. I found a lot that felt worth the price. The room was super spacious, and I could request a queen bed instead of a single. For RM200, I got two beds, which felt worth it. The bed was very soft and comfortable, towels felt really clean, and the bathroom was big enough, with a good bidet, excellent shower, and great hot and cold water. The air conditioning temperature was adjustable, though the unit sounded a bit loud at night. As a light sleeper, I found it disturbing while falling asleep, but it was okay once I was in a deeper sleep. There were lots of useful touches in the room: two key cards, a shoe rack, plenty of outlets, a foldable bedside table, slippers and a laundry bag. The bathroom and dressing area had smart anti-fog mirrors. They also provided a mini sewing kit, umbrella, iron and board, dental kit, shower cap, water heater with complimentary tea and coffee, and a mini fridge. The TV had Netflix, Prime, and a website. Ceramic cups were provided for the tea, and the Teasane brand tea was really nice. Check-in was easy, with no deposit, which I hope they keep doing. The receptionist was very polite, and there was no long wait for the lift to the level 5 lobby. I also liked the hot tea station near the G level entrance. A few things could make the hotel even better. A hotel-like fragrance at the entrance, in the lift, hallway, and room could create good memories and encourage people to book again. As a Muslim guest, I'd really appreciate a Kiblat sign in the room. There was a toilet fan but no switch button for it, which made it a little difficult to avoid toilet odor after use.

I haven't tried the facilities yet, but the service is good, the staff are friendly, and the place feels clean and chill. A relaxing spot after a long, exhausting week 👍🏿

Everyone was humble and helpful, from the guards to reception and room service. The facilities were comfortable and convenient, and the service was super excellent. I'll definitely come again 🥰
