Breakfast changes from day to day and is good, with Malaysian options like laksa and all the add-ins, alongside Western choices such as muesli, plain yogurt, beans, white bread and scrambled eggs. Whole wheat bread would be nice, though I don’t know if you can get it in Kushing. Breakfast starts at 7:00. There’s a bar on the fifth floor, where you can also see the city. In the room, the shower has good pressure, the air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, and I had no WiFi trouble. They provide shampoo and body wash in a shower dispenser, plus tissues, slippers, a bar of soap, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Bring your own conditioner or body lotion, since those aren’t provided. Some rooms have a safe and some don’t, but there’s a secure area you can use instead. It’s a good accommodation choice in Kushing.

The LimeTree was good value and comfortable, with shops and places to eat close by and the riverfront within walking distance. We stayed six nights in a basic “standard” room. It wasn’t especially large and had no fridge, though perhaps the other room categories do. Still, it was perfectly adequate for a week, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with housekeeping every day. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options for different tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a calm, quiet stay for three days and two nights. The room was clean, and service was good and quick. Breakfast wasn’t a huge spread, but there was enough and more than enough for us. I’d come back.

The shower felt really comfortable, and the cleaning service was good. Staff were very friendly too, and breakfast was delicious 😋. A very nice hotel, I’d stay again with my family ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The hotel’s location made getting around easy. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, local shops and massage places are all along a lively street within walking distance. We had a spacious, clean, well-kept family room with a connecting door. The fridge and air conditioning both worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we booked by phone, the clerk suggested one family room instead of two separate rooms, which saved us money. We really appreciated that. A comfortable option for families or couples looking for good service in a central spot.
