The room’s design gave it a welcoming feel, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Their care and professionalism made the stay comfortable, with clear attention to detail and guest satisfaction. I spent 4 days and 3 nights here and had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and housekeeping kept it neat. The facilities were in good condition and met my expectations. Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful from arrival. Check-in was smooth and organised, and their attentive, professional service made the stay stress-free. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is in a really good spot, making it easy to get to lots of places. The room looked a bit cheap and too simple for my expectations, but the toilet was pretty good. I still prefer using my own access card, though entering with a key pad was pretty cool. The Goki app didn’t work well for me because I booked two rooms and it started bugging out. Best part was the 24/7 room service, where you can order just about anything.

The Family Room worked well for our family of four, with enough beds and space for the kids. We found the room clean, cosy, and well kept, and it was a comfortable place to unwind after days out in Kuching. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Theatre Hotel Kuching and would return on another trip.

Getting into the room was easy, either through the app or with a PIN, so I didn't have to carry a key card. I stayed at Theatre Hotel Kuching for three days and two nights after coming from KL. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with a bed I slept well in. Booking was straightforward, and the staff were friendly whenever I needed help. I'd stay again if I return to Kuching.
