Breakfast was decent, with a buffet and an egg station, and the stay was great value in Labuan. My Deluxe Queen room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities. Staff helped with my luggage, and check-in at 2pm went smoothly. The service was excellent.

Aifa Hotel is only 400 meters from the jetty if you're heading to the mainland, and I don't think you'd regret staying here. AM BANK is just a few steps away. There's also a laundry nearby, with Subway next door for while you wait, or you can walk a little to kedai JJ NAZA. Best hotel ever, I made the right choice 😍😍😍😍.

The location is handy, with banks and places to eat nearby, but the bathroom was shocking. The toilet bowl was extremely dirty, like a public restroom, and bathroom hygiene needs urgent attention. The carpets need a proper clean too. The room itself was spacious, though. Breakfast was average and had limited choices. Maybe okay for just one or two nights, especially for business.

Breakfast had plenty of eastern and western choices, and the desserts were amazing. Staff were welcoming and accommodating at check-in and checkout. I picked this hotel for its location near the event I was attending, and was surprised by how spacious the room and bath were. There was a bit of a damp smell, but otherwise all good. Mineral water, coffee, and tea were complimentary, but the minibar in the fridge wasn't 🤭. I'd definitely recommend it to relatives and friends 😄.

The rooms are big and the location is strategic, but housekeeping left rubbish on the floor. This hotel has seen better days and feels a bit rundown. Wi-Fi and mobile data are poor, so it's not a good choice if your work needs internet. Breakfast was so-so. No comment.
