There’s no lift, so getting a room on the third floor could be tough. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, even though it was listed as free. I booked a standard double room but was given a twin room with a shared toilet, which wasn’t what the description said. The app showed RM34.48, but I was charged RM35.

The customer service was good. It’d be better to have shower foam in the bathroom instead of bar soap, and somewhere to hang clothes in the shared bathroom.

The bathroom pipe was broken, and there were stains on the beds. The room was also pretty dusty, which was a problem since my mom and I have allergies.

It’s a budget place, handy if that’s what you’re looking for. The hotel is near Aeon Mall, Tesco, and a mosque, so it’s right in the city center.

The room wasn’t nice, and the toilet had dirty stains, like it hadn’t been cleaned. The sink was really oily too. They need to raise their cleanliness standards.
