The full rubbish bin left a bad impression on me, and most of the time there was no hot water. The hotel room was large, the location was good, and it had an elevator.

The Wi-Fi coverage is probably the only downside. The employees were welcoming, and the hotel gives you great access to places around the city. I had no problem staying here during my work trip in Labuan. For a medium-level hotel, this should definitely be your choice.

Good value, with an affordable price in a strategic location.

The price is good, but the room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still plenty of dust and dirt, especially by the back door, and the shower cap was dirty too.

The door took some effort to open and close, and the shower heater's hot setting wasn't very hot. The TV was also too far from the bed.
