The location in Cenang is quite convenient, and the room has air conditioning and a heater. But cleanliness was a serious problem: the bathroom floor had sand, and the toilet and sink still had black spots on them, as if they hadn't been cleaned for the next guests. The reservation handling was disorganized too. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, the booking hadn't been properly recorded, and there was no one at reception during our stay. Then they called us at 1am to register and pay. That's ridiculously unprofessional. Only stay here if you really have no other choice.

The air conditioning worked well, and the location is very good. The room was nothing special, and the bathroom was really dirty. We didn't get sheets, just a fleece cover. If cleanliness doesn't bother you, it might suit you, and the price is cheap.

The people working there were so sweet. The location is amazing, and it's a good fit for anyone on a budget, though the rooms are very basic, so don't expect luxury. Staying there for a week felt a bit like living in a mala home.

The room was cozy, with a big comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi. There isn't a window, which made it easier to sleep. The staff were welcoming, though reception was often empty. The bathroom is tiny, with the shower over the toilet, and things were a little dirty. The towels need replacing. For the price, it's not bad, and the beach isn't far away.
