Right in the heart of Cenang beach, opposite the weekend night market square, the location is a real plus. Shops, tourist agencies, and convenience stores fill the ground floor. The rooms are standard, equipped, and air conditioned, and there’s dedicated parking for about 15 cars. There are no in-room safes, but free deposit boxes at reception make up for that. A good experience overall, at a full international 3-star hotel level.

For a budget holiday, this is one of the better options. Cenang beach is just across the road, about a minute on foot, and there are night food carts right outside. The rooms need better maintenance, though, and I found a few bugs and ants in them.

The food was authentic and delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and came with amenities like an iron and hair dryer. The hotel sits in a prime spot directly in front of Cenang beach.

The hotel is clean, and you can walk straight to the beach. There are lots of stalls and evening entertainment across the road, with halal restaurants and good breakfast options nearby. The breakfast here, though, was well below what I’d expect from a 3-star hotel, so booking just the room is better.

Pantai Cenang is right on the doorstep. The beach, cafes, restaurants, duty-free shops, and attractions are all within walking distance. It’s a convenient place for families, couples, and other travellers visiting Langkawi.
